How does the Veyo technology platform reduce no-show rates?
Veyo generates automatic reminders to participants the night before their scheduled trip, creating an opportunity to quickly call and cancel the trip. Our trip assignment technology keeps trip details in the provider’s portal updated with the latest information from the participants. Providers can sign-in at any time to get the latest information on the trips they’ve accepted.
Does Veyo have random drug testing?
At this time, there is no requirement for random testing.
I've seen something that says vehicles must be production year 2006 or newer? If so, why?
This requirement does not apply to providers, it is only a requirement for our Independent Driver-Providers (IDP).
How does Veyo handle public transit ticketing?
Vouchers and ticketing for public transit will be distributed by the Veyo office.
What is the provider newsletter?
Veyo sends an email newsletter to providers with relevant information about NEMT and trip-related information. This newsletter may include information about technology enhancements and topics that influence all providers. Questions about specific participants or unique situations will not be addressed in the newsletter, but providers should email email@example.com or contact their regional point of contact.
Why are you contacting me about missing credentialing documents?
Most providers have turned in all of their required credentialing documents. However, we are still missing documents for specific vehicles or drivers from some providers. Veyo is required to have evidence showing that all credentialing requirements have been met. Veyo is reaching out to providers regarding missing documents. If you are contacted, please provide any missing documents.
Why does Veyo require their name to be listed as an additional insured on Provider insurance?
Providers are required to list Veyo as an additional insured on their insurance policies for legal reasons. In the event that legal action is taken against a provider and Veyo, this step ensures that the provider’s insurance is used.
